[Gmsh] 3D Mesh not generated

Dear Matthias,

I figured out what the problem was.  I created a physical entity for a
surface but not the volume or other surfaces and hence GMSH did not write
it in the mesh file.
I created a physical entity for the rest of the surfaces and the volume and
it works well now.
