[Gmsh] 3D mesh not resolving

I have been trying to mesh my wing within a control volume but it doesn't seem to want to resolve using the default 3D mesh algorith (Frontal). It seems to mesh fine in 2D. 

I have attached a picture of the 2D mesh and the .geo file.
