[Gmsh] CutParametric

Hi

I’m using gush for post processing my results. I would like to extract the concentration in each cell in y direction. 
so i use cut parametric plugin, keep y as u and x as the distance at which i want the data. but it takes points uniformly spaced (my mesh is not uniform). So is there any way i can get concentration data from each cell( which is not equally spaced). 

Any help would be much appreciated.
