[Gmsh] Acousto and gmsh API

Dear all,

I've recently released a version of my acoustic BEM code AcouSTO ( http://acousto.sourceforge.net ) including 
the possibility to read gmsh meshes and save data in gmsh format for post processing.

I wrote by myself simple I/O routines which are working fine, but are, obviously, limited.
Browsing the mailing list I've found reference to a gmsh API, but I couldn't find documentation.

Can somebody give me some hint on where to find it ?
