[Gmsh] Segmentation fault upon meshing small surface

Found it: the line loop 35 is not fully closed. Strangely, gmsh does not
report an error there (bug?). It is missing Line 28.

I've found a difference between the two gmsh versions though upon meshing,
which I'll report in another topic.
