[Gmsh] Problem with concident nodes

Hello, 


I have a problem with generating a mesh for surface honeycomb model. The mesher is consider each of surfaces as separate 2D mesh, so there are a concident nodes on boundaries. What should I do to merge that nodes in mesh? I do not have any idea to solve this problem. I would be appreciate for any help.
