[Gmsh] Generating geometry with a function in Gmsh

Dear All,

I have a question about generating mesh in Gmsh by using a function. 
There is a stenosis profile (solid line not the dashed line) as seen below


which is specified with the following functions in 3D.



I want to ask that is it possible to generate a structured mesh by using 
these functions in Gmsh?
