[Gmsh] Rectangular mesh for nonuniform channel

Hello,

I'm trying to make a simple 2D structured rectangular mesh for a simple
expansion-contraction channel. The channel would be like below:

                |               |
_________|               |_________

I have been reading the manual and tutorials for a while, however still
having trouble. Can you help me with this?
