[Gmsh] Extrude embedded points

Hello!

Is there any solution for bug concerning extrusion of embedded points?

I've tried latest svn but I still get

Error   : Could not find extruded vertex (37631.617, 36608.6007,
-8.138300000000001) in surface 2054

Geo file is in the attachment.

Thanks for any advice.
