[Gmsh] GMSH problems in Arch Linux-64 bit

The OCE libraries are probably installed in a non-standard location; just add the path where they are installed to the LD_LIBRARY_PATH environment variable.

Indeed, there is no "make uninstall". It's on our TODO list.
