[Gmsh] AttractorAnisoCurve bug report

Hello GMSH developers,

I am trying to generate meshes using the BAMG and MMG3D algorithms using an
anisotropic field generated by AttractorAnisoCurve. However, the size field
does not seem to properly evaluate on adjacent lines. It seems to have to
do with the octree search, since it gives the correct result sporadically
(i.e. if run 100 times, it might evaluate correctly once).

I've attached my case files. If you look at the mesh near node 6, it is
evident that the size field is evaluated incorrectly.

Best,
John
