[Gmsh] 3D meshing imported cad file

Hello,
I am attempting to mesh a volume for the purpose of analyzing fluid flow. I
have imported a cad model and created a box around the cad model.  Is it
possible to then mesh the volume within the box excluding the volume that
is inside the cad model?
