[Gmsh] About Elements in MSH file

The output mesh for my application cannot be in the tochnog format.

I am new to gmsh and do not really understand how to implement your
suggestion.

if I am meshing in non-interactive mode, what option will I have to give to
have only nodes and tetrahedra in my output mesh file?
