[Gmsh] patching CMakeLists.txt for TAUCS

Thank you Christophe.

Am I able to access the svn repository, so I can temporarily incorporate the patch into the FreeBSD gmsh package until the next gmsh release?  When I try https://onelab.info/svn/gmsh/trunk it is asking me to authenticate.
