[Gmsh] Gmsh MSH in lat/lon coordinate

Dear Maxime Dupuy,

we are doing similar thinks.

But we do not mesh in lon/lat system.
Our solution, so far, if the domain is not to large:

- Use a reasonable cartographic projection to transform coastlines into 
meter system.
- Then do the meshing in this meter system using gmsh
- Then take your mesh and transform back to lon/lat.

For regions not to large, this worked for us quite well.
