[Gmsh] Subtract elementary volume entity from physical volume using ID

I have a large lattice geometry generated by for loops and extrusion. I
have a physical volume called "fuel" composed of 841 elementary volumes;
addition to the physical group is done automatically in the for loops.
The "fuel" geometry is attached. I want to remove one of the elementary
volumes from the physical volume. Through the GUI, I know its ID. With
the information I have, can I do what I want to do? Or other suggestions?
