[Gmsh] Boundary Layer and wake mesh generation of a 2D airfoil

Dear all:

Recently, I am learning to generate boundary layer mesh with BL size 
field command. Then I found that both with or with "fan", the mesh is 
not good enough in the wake part (Please check the attached pictures).

So I tried to generate structured boundary layer mesh including the wake 
part. However, I met problem in both closed trailing edge airfoil and 
the open one (Please check the attached .geo files).

Could someone give me some ideas about how to deal with this problem?
