[Gmsh] fillet and coherence behavior

Dear Gmshers,

With the new kernel, I found some unexpected behavior of Fillet, which doesn’t seem to be "willing" to fillet along the expected orientation (top of attached pic).
Also, when using a final Coherence, an unexpected BSpline appears at the bottom of the patch (bottom of attached pic).

Note that the two issues look unrelated. Everything seems to come from my extruded shape made of 4 circle arcs.

Any idea?

Thanks!

Best Regards, Guillaume
