[Gmsh] Strategies to mesh with hexaedra

Hi Paul,
The full-hex developments are currently happening outside the Gmsh tree, in an external project. The experimental unstructured hex code in Gmsh will be replaced by this eventually, but it is a medium-term goal (hopefully next year).
