[Gmsh] 3D Remeshing with Hole

Dear all,

we are having problems remeshing a 3D object with a hole.

Attached are three .msh files (InnerSurface1.msh is the boundary of hole inside outer surface OuterMesh1.msh and Surface.msh is an optional inner interface, which has to be resolved) and a .geo file.

We can remesh each of the .msh files nicely as a solid body without holes. This work just as per the example supplied with gmsh.

However, when InnerSurface1.msh has to form the hole boundary inside OuterSurface1.msh, then the CreateTopology command from gmsh seems to always want to connect the inner with the outer surface, creating a faulty mesh…

Any help is much appreciated!

Regards!
