[Gmsh] otimize 3D netgen crashes

gmsh 3.06 or 4.0.0Dear Gmsh forum,
I have a geo file which I 3D mesh with tetrahedra, I can optimize the 3D mesh with Optimize 3D but if I use Optimize 3D (Netgen) gmsh crashes with the following error:

Is this a known problem? My 2D mesh looks good but the quality of the 3D mesh is dubious & I was hoping the optimize 3D Netgen might improve the situation?RegardsMark
