[Gmsh] compatibility problems V2.5.0 & V3.0.7

We indeed strive to maintain backward compatibility as much as possible, but some features have been deprecated (and later removed) over the last 8 years: version 2.5.0 was released in October 2010...

Can you send a (small) script exhibiting the errors?

PS : if you upgrade you should use Gmsh 4 instead of Gmsh 3.
