[Gmsh] second order elements postprocessing

Dear gmsh authors,

I'm trying to post-process the results of a code-aster simulation (essentially the "skin" of circular columns TRIA6 elements).

The results file is in med format, and gmsh is 4.0.2.

If I open the file I can see

* the curved surfaces if I plot the mesh (correct)

* but in the post processing, the mesh is "linear" (I would expect 2nd order results)
