[Gmsh] gmsh extrusion problem

Dear gmsher,
    I'm totally new to this mesher and it's all the day 
I'm trying without succeeding to extrude along z this quad 
mesh. Is it possible with gmsh? I tried the forum but I 
couldn't arrive to understand the correct .geo file if 
any,
