[Gmsh] unstructured periodic surface

Hello Christophe,

I guess I didn't explain my problem clearly.

I need to create conformal surfaces that every mesh node on one surface is
mirror-imaged onto the other, also I need to create refinement fields. I
find it impossible to be done with these two tasks together.
