[Gmsh] What is the angle in ClassifySurfaces?

Dear gmsh group,

I have a problem understanding the first parameter of
|ClassifySurfaces|. The documentation states it classifies the surfaces
based on an angle in radians - but between what sides?

I would be happy if anyone can help me or point me to some literature
which makes it obvious!
