[Gmsh] Gmsh binary with OpenMP enabled

Hi,

I am using the Python API of Gmsh, which depends on the dynamic link
library. If I'd like to enable OpenMP, I will need to rebuild from the
source after installing a few dependencies. Would it be possible to release
the library with OpenMP under http://gmsh.info/bin/? Thanks!
