<p>I have been using gmsh to mesh this biventricle_together.stl file. The things that I wanted to do are:</p>

<p>- fill the gap between the external boundary and the 2 internal boundaries with 3D elements ( so that I will have a volume with 2 holes );</p>

<p>- mesh this final volume;</p>

<p>but I had some problems in trying to do that.</p>

<p>I have imported the file as .stl but now how can I create that volume with 2 holes?</p>
