See attachment. I made a surface for the cylinder, and extruded it to get the cylinder. Then I made another surface and extruded for the strap.</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">Then, I meshed the resulting volumes and observe that the cylinder mesh and the strap mesh are independent of each other.
