Download and installation of Libraries

The installation procedure is described for Unix-like architectures.

- NLOpt ([1]) is an open source library containing the main algorithms (stochastic and deterministic) used to solve optimization problems.

- OpenOpt ([2]) is an open source library which establishes a link between the main solvers (NLOPT, IpOPT, ...).
