Here is a simple example of a 2D/3D transient heat flow problem (cf. the
equations in the attached pdf file). You can use the formulation with
both the 2D and the 3D mesh, e.g.:

gmsh 2d -2
getdp contact -msh 2d.msh -solve linear_general
getdp contact -msh 2d.msh -pos map
