[Getdp] Question regarding gmsh and getdp

Hi,

I am a student researcher at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center Orthopedics
Biomechanics Laboratory. I am creating FEM of bones and performing FEA on the
models. Gmsh/GetDP seemed like an easy way to go about this.

However, my problem is that I am not too computer savvy and therefore, I am
rather confused about something and was wondering if you could point me in the
right direction.

I start from STL files created from uCT scans and in the gmsh environment, I
save the STL as a mesh. Then in the solver module, I attempt to run GetDP but I
am not sure exactly how to do that. I apparently need a *.pro file. From the
manual, it sounds to me like that this is the initial input problem definition
file. Does that mean this is basically a text file I write up from scratch?
