[Getdp] Coupled Formulation

Dear Christophe:

Attach a zip file with the implementation of a coupled formulation between Network and FEM.
I considered an example from Wiki page (http://www.geuz.org/getdp/wiki/ChainedResolutions)
 
Nevertheless, it seems that it does not obtain a correct transference between the formulation Network and formulation FEM... 
I must correct some in the formulation?
The error message makes reference to a row of zeros... I believe that it does not recognize the source of excitation of the system.
You have some suggestion that can help me to solve the problem???
