[Getdp] meshing from script and fltk error

Dear Sir, 

I have a question and a bug to report. 

1) Is there a command to mesh from script?, I would like to generate a geometry and mesh it without opening the mesh module. 

2) I have an issue with gmsh and getdp. Fltk is present but gmsh 2.5.1 sends an error (form ubuntu repository precise), here are the messages:
