GMSH Documentation?

I just checked, and the canadian web server seems to be down. Since I
don't maintain the Windows version nor the canadian web site, the best
thing to do is to directly send an e-mail to remacle at meca.polymtl.ca.
BTW, a more comprehensive documentation will be available for the new
version of the code (I hope to release it in September).
