Dear Mr. .Geuzaine,

I am an research assistant at the Univerity of Hannover (Germany) and
working on adaptive finite element techniques.

We are looking for a (free) mesher tool, which meshes 3D Volumes with
Tetrahedra. It should be able to handle with density functions
(comes from the error estimation), which prescribes locally the new
element size.

Is it possible to do this with GMSH ?
