[Gmsh] Meshing

I see no flat tetrahedron in your mesh...

The eight nodes are

1 0 0 0
2 0 0.02 0
3 0 0.02 0.004
4 0 0 0.004
5 0.001 0.02 0.004
6 0.001 0.02 0

14 0.001 0 0.004

and the 6 tets are

25 4 30 30 4   6 3 10 14

Which tet do you think is flat ?
