[Gmsh] Avoiding ill-contitioned tetrahedra

Hello everyone,

Forgive me if this is a simple question.

Is there a way to make sure that gmsh only creates
tetrahedra above some minimum width?  For the simulations
I am running, tetrahedra that are nearly co-planar
can cause ill-conditioned matricies.
