Yes. You just need to define the surface with 3 patches, i.e., add the
following commands:

Line(11) = {4,3};
Line(12) = {5,6};
Line Loop(13) = {10,12,8,9};
Plane Surface(14) = {13};
Line Loop(15) = {7,-11,5,12};
Plane Surface(16) = {15};
Line Loop(17) = {4,1,2,-11};
Plane Surface(18) = {17};
