[gmsh] Functionality request

Thomas,

I have written a Python script which merges a Gmsh .msh file with a
node or element number indexed result file to produce a Gmsh .pos file
suitable for post-processing.  I think it will be included in a future
distribution of Gmsh source but let me know if you'd like a copy ahead
of time.
