Just add a routine in your solver to read the .msh mesh files produced 
by Gmsh (there is a c++ example in Gmsh's source distribution: 
utils/misc/mshsort.cpp). Once that's done, if you want a tighter 
integration with Gmsh, have a look at the solver interface examples (in 
utils/solvers/).
