[Gmsh] tetgen mesher for gmsh - patch

Once again me ..


I have looked on the work concerning tetgen integration
found in gmsh-1.61.0-nightly-20050821.

As I found it even more unfinished than mine, I am sending
you the url of patch, it applies to gmsh-1.59.0 and also to
gmsh-1.60.1
(with trivial modification:
 add ", p3d)" to "-format" line in Common/CommandLine.cpp)

I got one problem you may be able to help me with,
if I compile gmsh with gui myself there is no text
in any widget at all (see screen shot)

Binary versions, work OK.
Tried with fltk 1.1.4 and 1.1.6 right now compiling
latest fltk-1.1.x-r4527, can not find 1.1.7 which was used
to compile binaries (gmsh -info)
