[Gmsh] 3D mesh crash. Coplanar points warning

Thx for your answer. I modified the geo file to suit
the requirement.

gmsh seems to mesh (attached the end of the log,
debian gmsh 1.60-1) with no error and no warnings
anymore, but it quits silently or crash in gui mode
without saving the mesh, after having swapped edges.

Either there is something wrong in my mesh or the mesh
is too big (I expect 1-2 millions points, and I mesh
with 512Mb Ram on AMD 2.4GHz) but I can't figure out.

I attached the geo files (only the upper part of the
domain is meshed at the moment). This is for CFD
calculation using OpenFoam.

Thx

Benjamin

Benjamin - Currently gmsh cannot generate 3D
tetrahedral meshes if the
surface mesh contains quadrangles: we would need to
introduce pyramids
to connect the tets with the quads, and that's not
implemented.
