[Gmsh] question about post processing mode

The number of values depends on the number of intervals (15 by default) 
and the size needed to display the numbers (that's influenced by the 
"Number format" option and the type of font). If Gmsh sees that all the 
numbers cannot be displayed without overlapping each other, it defaults 
to 3 values. (And if it cannot even display 3 values, it only shows the 
min and max.)

So if you want to display more than 3 values, try reducing "Number of 
intervals" until there is enough space to display all the values, or 
change the "Number format", e.g., to display fewer digits. If you need 
to display a lot of values (say, 15), then the horizontal scale mode is 
probably not the best and you should use vertical scales instead (by 
un-checking "Options->Post-processing->Draw value scale horizontally").
