[Gmsh] Bug Report

Hi, Gmsh Team:
I had following bug. Steps to reproduce it
1. gmsh liver.stl
2. open Options -> Mesh -> STL
3. Parameter set 0.0000005   22   1   2.0   500   0   0.90   before the crash
   Parameter set 0.0000005   22   1   3.0   500   0   0.90   at the crash
   Change "Number of elements per radius of curvature from 2.0 to 3.0 cause the
crash with other parameters as unchanged.
4. click Gmsh main window, select Mesh -> STL -> Update edges -> Remesh 

The error message is as following:
Fatal : Segmentation violation (invalid memory reference)
