Hi Yann - Don't use "Save As->Gmsh unrolled geometry". As its name
indicates, the purpose of saving an "unrolled" geometry is precisely to
"unroll" all the definitions, parameters, loops, etc.

When you work with Gmsh, as soon as you make a modification in the model
interactively, the .geo file is modified (in real time--no need to save
anything by hand). Commands are simply appended at the end of the
current project file.

(The "Save As->Gmsh unrolled geometry" is there pretty much only for
debugging purposes; and it can also be useful when deling with large
models, where it can help speed up model loading time).
