[Gmsh] STL to GEO import

I got an initial script. I posted it on the OpenFlower forum. There is a 
logic problem with it. It repeats lines like {1,2} and {2,1}. I'm close 
to solving that, but I'm kinda stuck on some of the perl array usages. 
I'll post it here when its final.

Its amazing though as it is. I made a thin spring on pro/e and then 
exported to STL with a very fine mesh. The importer got such a nice GEO 
model,  with points, lines, line loops and planes. I love programming.
