[Gmsh] bug in 2.04/5 and works fine in 1.65

After testing some more, this seems to be related to the optimizer in 
gcc 4.1.X, which produces incorrect code on one of our files (BDS.cpp).

For now I've changed our makefile to just not optimize this single file. 
Then everything seems to work OK... The change will be in Gmsh 2.0.8.
