[Gmsh] disk mesh and center point

Hi Antoine,

we modified this behavior and now gmsh only save mesh vertices that are used by elements. You can use the latest nightly source  ( http://www.geuz.org/gmsh/src/gmsh-nightly-source.tgz ) or wait for the next 2.0.8 version.
