[Gmsh] export a mesh

Only indirectly at the moment: you can deform a view with the "Warp" 
plugin, then save the deformed view as a mesh file with View->Save As->Mesh.

But we should indeed add a function to directly modify a mesh by using a 
post-processing view. I'm adding this to our todo list.
